High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)

Non-surgical facelift HIFU
Skin tightening and facelift with High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a revolutionary alternative to cosmetic/surgical facelift.

Radio Frequency

As the name suggests non-surgical facelift is a non-invasive technique for skin tightening, to lift the facial contours without going for surgery. During the RF session, a warming sensation is felt as the energy is passed on to the deeper layers of the skin. It lifts the contours of the face and gives you amazing skin tightening.

Botox Lift

In Botox treatment, the small diluted amounts of these special injections are used to treat the signs of aging like wrinkles, fine lines, and folds.

Fillers

Fillers Technique is used to add volume to the skin in indications like lip enhancement, cheek augmentation, or for filling scars and depressions. Mainly dermal fillers are used to restore the youthfulness of skin.

Chemical Peels

These are chemical solutions obtained from organic sources. Their application on the skin helps to heal the problems of pigmentation and poor texture with the exfoliation of dead skin cells.

Microneedling Radiofrequency (MNRF)

Microneedling Radiofrequency (MNRF) is an advanced cosmetic treatment for skin rejuvenation and treating large open pores, acne scars and skin tightening. The procedure uses radiofrequency waves to stimulate the production of collagen, which reduces the pore size by making your skin tighter.

Laser Resurfacing

Laser Resurfacing is a method to rejuvenate your skin by the use of fractional co2 laser.
This technique mainly helps to melt away the superficial layers of skin in a fractional manner and reduces the problem of wrinkles, fine lines, pigmentation, and scars.

PRP Therapy for Anti-Aging

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy is a new non-surgical treatment for anti-aging. It involves blood being taken from the patient’s own body, processed, and then reinjected directly into the patient’s own skin.

Thread Lift

In instant thread lift, multiple, thin needles having absorbable biocompatible threads are inserted into the dermis of skin one by one and then pulled out together smoothly, leaving the fine threads inside the layers of your skin. The purpose of the threads is to efface the liners and smoothen the folds by lifting skin at a deeper level. This gives you instant improvement in terms of firmer skin in place of droopy.

HIFU (High-intensity focused ultrasound)

Non-surgical facelift HIFU

Skin tightening and facelift with High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a revolutionary alternative to cosmetic/surgical facelifts.

HIFU treatment is used for

  • Facial rejuvenation by producing new collagen.
  • Face and neck lift by tightening of the skin due to collagen contraction.
  • Slimming & contouring by using focused ultrasound pulses to rupture the cells.
    Areas that can be treated
  • Forehead- Eyebrow lifting
  • Eyes- Under eye bags & crow’s feet
  • Cheeks- Nasolabial fold, depressions
  • Chin- Double chin, jowl reduction
  • Neck- Loose skin, necklines
  • Jaw shaping

Mechanism

  • With aging, the collagen & elastin fibers in our skin start decreasing, causing the skin to wrinkle & sag. To reverse this, HIFU stimulates collagen growth by sending ultrasonic energy into the dermis layer. This energy causes a small injury to the tissue. When tissue heals, it produces new collagen that tightens the skin naturally.
  • To, achieve this, HIFU technologies target different layers of skin that affect our facial appearance-Epidermis, dermis, subcutaneous fat & superficial muscular aponeurotic system (SMAS)
  • Skin tightening occurs due to collagen contraction and the induction of new collagen fibers.

Procedure

The whole procedure takes around 30-45 minutes for the facial treatment. There is a feeling of warmth during the sessions. There is no pain during the procedure.

Side effects

Mild redness may appear which lasts for a few hours or for two days. Some mild swelling or tingling may occur temporarily.

Results

Some visible improvement is seen immediately after the procedure. Results may take up to 3 months to show & lasts for the next few months after treatment sessions, though, each individual may respond differently to the treatment.

MNRF (Microneedling Radiofrequency)

Microneedling radiofrequency (MNRF) is a new-age cosmetic procedure that is a minimally invasive technique to rejuvenate skin with less downtime. It is a combination of tiny microneedles with radiofrequency waves to heat the deeper layers of your skin to stimulate collagen from within, improve the appearance of Acne scars, and fine lines, open pores and give a more rejuvenated look overall.
The entire procedure causes minimal damage to the upper layers of skin; therefore, it involves marginal downtime and is safe for all skin types.

What are the conditions that can be treated with microneedling Radiofrequency (MNRF)?

It is a wonderful technology that can treat multiple conditions such as Acne scars, Traumatic scars, loose sagging skin, cellulite, fine lines, open pores, and stretch marks effectively in a safe manner.

On the day of the Procedure:
Firstly, the face will be cleansed with micellar water to remove makeup and other traces of cosmetic products which are present over the area to be treated.
This will be followed by the application of topical anesthetic cream for a period of 45 minutes to 1 hour. The anesthetic cream is wiped off after the stipulated time.
Following this, the power level, exposure time, and depth of needle insertion will be manually set by our well-experienced doctors after careful assessment of the condition for the best results.

After the treatment, the face is cleaned, and oozing or bleeding is controlled with minor pressure. A cooling pack or mask or cold air can be given to increase patient comfort. Antibiotic cream and sunscreen are applied. Treatment can be done once in 4-12 weeks.
After the Procedure:
Postoperative instructions After MNRF Treatment:
  • Patients are advised to avoid usage of soaps, sauna, steam, and makeup for 3 days post-procedure.
  • Patients can resume their regular routine after 3 days.
What are the common side effects that can be expected?

Few patients may feel initial discomfort during the procedure.
Microneedling Radio Frequency (MNRF) may cause mild swelling and redness, which is normal and generally subside within an hour or so.
Formation of tiny scabs, that fall off on their own which are not to be picked.

RF Skin Tightening

Radiofrequency (RF) skin tightening is a nonsurgical skin treatment to firm sagging skin. The procedure can give you a more youthful appearance. During radio frequency (RF) skin tightening, providers use an electromagnetic device that generates heat to stimulate the production of collagen, elastin, and new skin cells.

Radiofrequency devices use safe levels of low-frequency electromagnetic waves to generate heat. This heat penetrates deep into your skin’s layers. There, it stimulates new skin cell production (regeneration). The treatment also stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. These proteins give skin cells more strength and flexibility. As a result, sagging skin regains its firm shape and feel.
People who don’t want the extra expense, pain, or recovery time of cosmetic surgeries may choose radio-frequency skin tightening.

The procedure:

  • Improves skin tone and texture
  • Provides a more youthful appearance.
  • Reduces the effects of aging skin like wrinkles, fine lines, and saggy skin.
What happens during radio frequency skin tightening?

Radio-frequency skin tightening is an outpatient procedure. It takes about one hour, depending on the treatment area. You go home soon after the procedure.

During the procedure, your provider:
1. Cleans and sterilizes your skin.
2. Moves a hand-held radio frequency electrode device over the treatment area.

The treatment area may feel warm. And you may experience tingling vibrations or mild discomfort. You should alert your provider if you feel an uncomfortable burning sensation.
How long does radio frequency skin tightening last?

Your skin is always aging. But with proper skin care, the effects of radio frequency skin tightening may last for one to three years.

What are the benefits of radiofrequency skin tightening?

Radio-frequency skin tightening can give you the results of a facelift without the need for surgery. Other benefits include:
  • Gradual, natural-looking skin changes.
  • Fast, relatively painless procedure.
  • Less expensive and invasive than cosmetic surgeries.
  • No peeling skin or scarring.
  • Speedy recovery with no missed work or activities.

PRP Therapy

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Therapy is a new non-surgical concept of rejuvenation. It is also referred to as Vampire therapy as it involves blood being taken from the patient’s own body, processed and then reinjected back into the patient’s own scalp, face, or affected area.

How is PRP Therapy done?

It is a very simple, half-an-hour lunchtime procedure and you can join work immediately after the treatment.

1. First blood is drawn from your vein like you give blood for any other blood test.
2. Then this blood is processed and centrifuged and PRP is separated from the rest of the blood.
3. Finally under topical anesthesia, PRP is injected into the affected area using a derma roller or micro-needling.

Indications for PRP Therapy

Hair regrowth: the primary purpose of using PRP in hair restoration is to stimulate inactive or newly implanted hair follicles into an active growth phase as PRP contains many growth factors essential for hair growth.

Anti-aging: PRP Therapy gradually improves the skin texture and vitality by reducing the wrinkles and fine lines from the face and neck. It is primarily used to get rid of fine lines from the face and dark circles from around the eyes. It can also be used for wrinkled neck and décolleté and for general textural improvement of the skin of hand and feet. The overall effect is youthful, glowing, and tightening skin.

Scar Revision: PRP acts as a trigger to revive the healing process by starting the production of new collagen elastin and fibroblasts.

How often it should be done ?

PRP Therapy can be repeated every two weeks and usually 3-4 sittings are sufficient, though some patients may require maintenance therapy depending upon the need.

BOTOX Injections Treatment

BOTOX is a toxin produced by the bacteria Clostridium Botulinum and is used as a paralyzing agent for the muscles of expression. This weakens the fine muscles in the forehead, around the eyes, and the glabellar areas as a result frown lines, forehead creases, and crows feet are reduced or eliminated.

Reason for performing BOTOX

Treatment is in the form of multiple Botox injections made using very fine needles with ice or local anesthetic cream to numb the area. The Botox injections are not painful. The effects start to appear in a couple of days and the best result is seen a week. The results generally last about 4-6 months and then the injection has to be repeated. The Botox injections done multiple times may give a longer-lasting result.

While the use of Botox is new in cosmetic surgery, it is by no means untested. For many years, it has been used in the treatment of patients who have spasmodic contractions of the eye or the other facial muscles in conditions such as hemi-facial spasm or blepharospasm, as well as certain spasmodic voice disorders.

Recovery timeframes and suggestions

The head should be held elevated for 4 hours or more (no lying down). Ice application to the injected area will help in reduction of bruising and swelling. Make up can be used within an hour. Expect results to start appearing in a couple of days and best results take a week.
